Leadership works best when complex realities are translated into a simple, compelling narrative. Over 25 years spanning manufacturing, global capability centers, and startups, storytelling has been my edge in bringing clarity amidst noise.
Turning hard numbers and bottlenecks into a shared vision, I have aligned teams across seven countries, helped turn around loss-making businesses, scaled a venture from scratch, and built financial and governance frameworks globally. A tech-led Business 101 mindset, combined with an enterprise-wide view and hands-on execution, has consistently delivered outcomes beyond expectations.
That same narrative approach anchors my work as an educator and executive coach. Having coached 125+ senior leaders and taught across India and abroad, I replace dry theory with real stories and simulations – helping students and executives challenge assumptions, interpret data, and make sharp business decisions.

Led the strategic shift from cost-centre to P&L ownership, delivered $12M combined savings in OpEx and CapEx, spearheaded SAP implementation, launched the School Adoption program, and secured LEED Platinum certification.
Built teams across seven countries, oversaw a $750M P&L, helped turn around the India center, and enabled $47M savings through global footprint optimization. Later, as VP - Strategy & Planning for HP-GBS, built an integrated program governance model for a 5,000-person global offshoring mandate, widely referred as 'one version of truth'.
Scaled the motor-controller startup to Series-A readiness by building the finance-HR-SCM-operations backbone from scratch; forged an Indo-Israeli design collaboration, secured a $1M MeitY grant, and won marquee clients. Successfully exited the venture.
Enabled the first-of-its-kind BPO deal on a Build-Own-Transfer (BOT) model with a UK-based MNC client, and helped raise $10M in private equity funding.
Plugged procurement leakages and recovered INR 30M from a vendor, chaired the PF Trust and Plant TQM Committee, and helped close the CBA with the labor union.
As former Regional Chair of the NASSCOM GCC Forum, I helped advance the narrative from low-cost outsourcing towards high-value global capability through CXO-level collaborations - for best practice sharing and talent development.
Address industry forums within India and APAC – on technology disruption, ESG, and changing role of the CFOs; several articles and interviews also featured in leading publications. Also active at several CXO, startup and technology events.
A life built with curiosity & resilience
The roles have evolved – not as separate pursuits, but as different expressions of the same journey.
Long before balance sheets and boardrooms, there was a child fascinated by classical music, technology, aesthetics, and the way storytelling could change a room. That curiosity never left, even as the job titles arrived.
A modest, values-led upbringing taught me to learn deeply, make things simpler, and pursue excellence. Those instincts travelled from piano and singing on All India Radio to global leadership, entrepreneurship, and eventually into the classroom.
Building teams across seven countries – spanning APAC, Europe, USA and Central America – taught me the power of listening, leading by example, and the value of diversity at workplace.
Coaching and mentoring have been immensely rewarding as I see people achieve their professional and personal goals with clarity. Along the way, the joy of giving has brought perspective, gratitude, and a deeper sense of purpose.
